well...i got this thing for free...picked it up today...still dont know who makes it or much about it...will get it unloaded tomorrow and take some pics...I'm not so sure that everything is here for it...looks like it might be missing some stuff at first glance. The thing on the front lower right had side is a ticket dispenser. I still cant find any markings as to who made it?

That picture is pretty small. There must be some words (even on the inside) somewhere.

Game ID

It looks like a Quarter/Token pusher with 2 levels

Set up for tickets but with the slot in the center can be used to push the quarters out to you.

pretty simple. Coin mech and a motor that moves a couple of plates back and forth. optical pass by, maybe a switch to count the tokens to match the tickets to be dispensed. might be a interface board between the ticket dispenser and the counter.

That's exactly what it is.

I looked at this thing, not sure i want to fool around with it...i need the room now, so probably going to just sell it for whatever i can get out of it.

The cabinet style looks a lot like Seidel / early Bay-Tek... if that's the case though, then it's gotta be missing some cabinet art.

the cabinet is solid...can you convert these over to anything else?

was thinking more along the lines of a jukebox or something? But...thanks. :)

Hehe.

Yeah, it would actually make a pretty cool jukebox - you could use a PC and a touch screen, etc. But there isn't going to be any kind of intentional kit to convert it into one. It's just a coin pusher - a purpose built redemption/gambling game. Definitely a lot of possibilities with the cabinet if you're creative, but it'll be strictly a do-it-yourself affair.

yeah just curious if anyone has done anything with these before on here...thought i might steal some ideas...i was thinking maybe put a TV and an MP3 player in it for the garage...stick it in the corner to keep me entertained while working lol.

!!!!!!!!!! i found something very similair at a auction and mine works and i think im lucky to get a working quarter pusher. i know the collectibility of these is close to 0...but there are many many MANY shady small business owners that want to buy mine to put in a back room at their business

The carnival would come thru town and have a few trailers with them lined up all the way around. I think they were like bar top quarter pushers.

We would love to have a complete bar top coin pusher as well. I think they are bad ass!
