Yes. Cut the wire going from the flyback to it, then solder your new one to it and use heat shrink....

sounds easy enough

What exactly is this part?

and thanks Modessitt you always have an answer for me

It's a bleeder box. It helps bleed off extra high-voltage that may be generated by a faulty flyback...

As it seems some versions of the K7000 chassis have this and some do not, I'm never sure whether it is included due to some small difference in the chassis. So, I just leave it as is. I'd rather keep it and have the monitor work, than not use it and end up with a bad chassis or blown tube....

And also theres a Xfmr at T2 next to the HOT and the input plug is 3 prong, so i can connect direct ot the wall

T2 is the ISO?

Ok, i will have to get some shrink tube i better do it right

NO - you can't. K7000's need an isolation transformer. The T2 next to the HOT is the pincushion transformer...

That white plastic block device is the "focus divider" and it's used on medium res 19" k7000 monitors.

The focus wire from the replacement flyback will connect to it. There should be a very thick plastic sleeve over the spliced connection between the focus block and the flyback.

That wire contains the 8000 volt focus voltage so if that sleeve is gone you may need to use tewo or three layers of heat shrink tubing over the spliced connection.
