100 percent working, has been in a private collection for 25 years, would give it a B+ on condition. Just some light rub on the artwork in a couple places, everything is there.
 
I know of a DoT, not a cut cab, that recently went for a little under the low end of that range. I assume serious EDoT buyers would go well over $10k, even in "this market".
 
Too much. (I.e. 10K+, highly variable)

Depends on:
How many people out there have super deep pockets
What subset of those don't already have a EDOT.

Be prepared for it to sit for a while if you want top dollar.
 
Looks like this is covered. For some reason I can't fathom, this game is HOT for some people.

I can't fathom it because I could never find one working BITD. Maybe I'd feel differently if I got to play one?

I always enjoyed this game.

If I had room in my house and a door I could get one through, I wouldn't hesitate to pay 10k for a nice one.
