Well I finished rebuilding my Cinematronics monitor. Took a bit and some parts, but I got'r done. Imagine my surprise as I hook up the monitor to Star Castle and find the breaker kick off again. It appears the problem is within the Keltron hv box.
So I opened her up and gave it a good once over. Nothing seemed bad. Took a meter to a few parts and found a couple diodes towards the backside and got absolutely nothing. No reading from them in either direction. I took a look at identifying markings on them. They were HX10M's.
Has anyone even heard of these? I managed to find a datasheet at http://www.datasheetarchive.com/HX10M-datasheet.html and it says that the diode is a 1000V 0.04A.
Anyone have a good cross reference for these? I'll keep looking. Thanks.
