...Is how small and compact everything is. I love having all this spare room for stuff that belongs in here lol. Jeez! When I started out on this road, I just wanted some games I remembered playing as a kid, and then it seemed for like 4 months I was finding games for super cheap or free and just scooping them up even though I didnt really want them. Now Im stuck with all this shit. I cant even work on anything anymore! I tried to trim some fat and I put an ad on CL with all the stuff I didnt want and put 'make offer' and didnt get even one! Not even 100 bucks! My only stipulation was I wanted it all gone. All or nothing. Heres what I posted if it wasnt posted by someone else here already:

championship sprint, working. most of the vinyls been removed. cab is solid. still works and plays fine. some burn in the 19" med res monitor.

frogger, working with a few issues. the screen has a wave going across it. havent gotten to do a cap kit yet. also when you coin up it resets the game but you can play it by using the credit button inside the cab just fine. original sega cab thats been painted black and has some water damage in some spots. i have 2 extra boards that were tested on a buddys game and worked, but dont work on mine, and an extra marquee. It is also missing the original bezel. has a generic black one or it may be original but painted. have paperwork for this game.

nintendo vs cocktail 'red tent' working with an issue. this is a really cool one, it has a playchoice 10 conversion on it, i have all the paperwork. the issue is that the vs side quit working. I went to plug it in and the pc10 side works fine, but the vs doesnt. also it needs some finishing done to it. I repainted some stuff on it and some parts need to go back on. I have an extra stripped red tent cab too. pc10 games currently in it are double dragon, mario bros 3, and tmnt.

operation wolf, working-ish. it blew a fuse but the monitor has issues. it has a collapse that happens after about 5 minutes. dont know what the deal is with it, havent investigated. I have an extra board for this game too, and I believe a manual. gun doesnt recoil but registers on screen like it should. cab is pretty beat up but sideart is in pretty good shape surprisingly.

pong clone cocktail, plays blind. cab is a cirle, has a motorola b&w monitor. neat old game. some caps have been replaced but dont know whats wrong.

vindicators, unknown. got the cab stripped of its insides, bought a power supply and all the boards for it to the tune of 70 bucks that are supposed to work but it doesnt have the wiring for the control panel and such. cabs in really nice shape though.

megatouch, plays blind. monitor doesnt come on or have neck glow but is still sensitive to touch.

mr do!, project game. its in a 19" dynamo cab thats a litle rough. no monitor but all the guts work.

a 100 cd project jukebox that all the electrical works but needs work to the cd player itself, and needs the part where it flips the cd sleeves. its dirty inside and needs speakers but speakers are cheap.

2 cabaret 'mini' cabs stripped. ones a lazarian, other a tempest. I have the coin door for the tempest, the control panel complete.

I also got a complete setup minus bezel for shinobi that all works. ive got a bunch of coin mechs, a box full of microswitch joysticks, box full of leaf joysticks, probably about 60-70 marquees, a bag of different buttons, working tekken tag pcb and marquee, nos data east sideart, a hyperball pinball playfields, lots of misc wiring, unknown gottlieb pinball relay board, lots of misc em pinball parts, misc transformers, 2 switching power supplies, karate champ coin door, wg k4600 monitor with issues, tempest mini populated cp, turtle ship populated cp, nintendo vs populated cp very nice, mr do/lazarian mini populated cp, tempest populated cp, and an unknown cp, primal rage pcb, turtle ship pcb, double axle pcb, extra coin doors, and some other parts I didnt list in my rafters.

The pinball is a 63 williams big deal. Playfield and backglass in real nice shape. its half-assed working but needs work done to one of the reels, and a flipper rebuild. all new rubber and lights. Inside of cab has been cleaned real good. Have an extra reel for parts.

$100 for the whole pile? Damn.

See? Why can't this stuff happen near me? But nooooo, you have to live out in the middle of nowhere. Yeah, nowhere. I know, because I tried to cut across on 287 to save a few miles driving from KC to Sacto. A couple of times. Got lost in Loveland both times. Same twisty road, same narrow-ass canyon, waiting to be flash flooded. With the absolute classic sign: IN CASE OF WATER, IMMEDIATELY EXIT YOUR VEHICLE AND CLIMB TO HIGHER GROUND. What? How?!! I don't have my Spiderman outfit with me! Seriously...vertical walls with nowhere to go. The second time, there was a *SEMI* barreling down that winding canyon road. Actually scraped my side mirror on the canyon wall as the semi tried to remove the other one. Luckily it folded against the window. Another inch and I would have lost that window. Never again. I-25 all the way to I-80 for me!!!

Oh yeah.....

Beautiful country though. And great thunderstorms. Almost as nasty as Oklahoma. I miss those, living in the boring Norcal/SF Bay. It would be fun to see the locals react to a Oklahoma grade T-storm. As long as I wasn't anywhere near them. Buncha crazies...

BTW....thank you for living far, far away from me. I don't need any more stuff. :D

Good luck moving your stuff out. Great deal, for sure.

If you can get a car in there, then you have too much room...
I thought you were a professional tech, Mod? I know it's rare, but surely you've seen one of those before. It's Family Vacation. Looks like a 4-player cockpit version.

Here's one that was turned into a MAME project. Tragic.

Time to pull the good boards and monitors and get out the sledgehammer.

I call dibs on the Champ Sprint boards. Shardian and I both have 720's we're trying to get running. :)

I think that making it an all or nothing deal is the problem. Those are alot of projects and there are all types out there. Someone may not want that many projects or may have some of the machines you're talking about. I'd try selling them by piece & see what happens. Even if you get rid of one, that's one less you have to worry about or make room for. Just my 2 cents...

I wanted your megatouch, I need the touchscreen and you said it was working. But, like you, and I think like a lot of people we have our own piles of crap to deal with. That is a LOT of stuff and I don't think most people have the room.

I remember those days - it's the "holy crap - I can own arcade games!" phase.

Then you settle in to the "yeah, I CAN own arcade games, but I have limited space so let's only keep what I REALLY want" phase:

Yeah, that canyon can be a bitch. There was a big flood in there in the 70's. Lots of people were killed. A cop went up and down the canyon telling people to leave. They didn't believe him because it wasn't raining there. He was killed as well, there's a monument for him at the park in the canyon. My aunt's cousin had her baby and her 5 year old. She was trying to climb up the canyon wall when the flood came. She had the baby in one arm and was holding the 5 year old's hand. He was washed away. It was bad, they found him out by Greeley a couple weeks later. Very sad.

Yeah, how am I supposed to kick your ass in beer pong with all that shit in the way?

Me and Banyo rule!!

Taking some peoples advice (not the sledge advice however) and am gonna start just selling stuff I dont want/need. Too much crap. Maybe then I can start fixing the ones I plan on keeping like I wanted to in the first place. Whatever isnt out of my garage that I dont want by spring will be offered up free plus actual shipping, whatever isnt wanted after that will be in the trash. And then craigslist will stop sucking like it has been lately and Ill fill it up again in the summer!

If circumstances were different I would jump on that lot in a second... hell, I'd even offer $200 for it all. :)

Hey!!! That sir is indeed not a 1971 Cutlass!!! Please explain your KLOV name.....

Aha! Refer to the first picture, and between all the clutter you can see a small part of red, which is my 71 Cutlass. The baby blue is a 78 Cutlass, my wifes actual first car, that we brought back home from her folks house in ND!

Hey, I offered to take the Tempest cabaret off your hands when I was out there! :>

I agree with the other guys, if you offer them individually or as smaller groups, the stuff should start to disappear.
