What happens when I've too much time & threaded rod...

After a lot of thought and some research... This is what I came up with for mounting multiple PCB in my TMNT cabinet.

I have to give Shawn1976 credit for the idea!

Sweet! Are you getting a jamma switcher too so you dont have to keep plugging and unplugging?

Thanks! Not quite sure what I'm going to do about switching beside the manual method just yet. I'd like to get my hands on one of Clay's multi-jamma switches though.

I see X-Men and TMNT, what are the other ones?

Captain America, TMNT, X-Men, Simpsons and TMNT: Turles in time. I may add Sunset Riders or Metamorphic somewhere down the line.

Cool... looks familiar, but on a larger scale. :) Mine's running a 2 port Multi-JAMMA.

Cool, I must have missed that one. Nice work man!
How do you like the 2 port switch?

Oh... I don't think I ever posted it, that just made me laugh when I saw yours that looked so similar, so I had to post a pic. I really like the 2 port switch because it keeps both boards powered on and just switches between the two games instantly (and because it's cheap). I'm running Area 51 Site 4 and Area 51/Maximum Force in it. A couple more ports for Police Trainer, Lethal Enforcers, etc would be nice, but maybe in the future.

I figured I'd post a couple pictures after I installed the mounting system in my cabinet. The whole thing turned out better than I expected!

Here's what the front of the cabinet looks like right now.

DOODE!!!!!! I would like to learn more about how you did this...

I think they did come from home depot but I'm not sure. that was 8 years ago when I built that cabinet. I can barely remember what I did yesterday.

Great set up. Glad I got to see how this turned out. I'm waiting on a few more boards in the mail and mine should be done soon.
Where did you get the joysticks? New or just cleaned up real good?

Thanks!

The cabinet came with the original buttons but, the leaf bases were not good. The original joystick were long gone. I ended going with Twisted Quarters for new joysticks and buttons. The black ball top and buttons was a personal touch.
