what game repairs do you have planned for over the Holidays?

Do a complete restore on a Tatsumi/Data East Speed Buggy upright.

Hopefully I can get all the sideart reproduced. The cabinet has seen water so it's going to mean cutting a new base and lot's of sanding plus bondo in some area's.

It's going to be a long project so I'm sure it won't be finished till next year.

Oh I also forgot that I hope to take about an hour drive and have jpopson help me finish the Multi from hell project ...... and drink a few more beers.

Mess around with haunted house some more. It plays but needs a lot of tlc.

Also replace a drop target on mars gow, snapped one.

T/S a Pentranic 1531 that's been kicking my ass. A Hantarex 900e and a few other chassis that need to be troubleshot. Also several Nintendo P/S and at least two AR II's that need to be rebuilt. Also I need to figure out what's going on with my Stern MPU. Perhaps add some accent lighting to the 'ol Addams Family.

I plan on moving a built in shelf to another part of the room so I can fit my newly working DK JR into the space.
Then I hope to figure out and fix my Frogger control panel problem, the damn frog only moves down and right!
Oh, and hopefully find time to attend Malice95's gathering.

I'll be to busy playing mine while entertaining guests. It'll be the first time in 3 months since all of my machines were on at once.

Missile Command power brick restoration for me. Works fine as is, so mostly a cosmetics job. Will fit new power filter and fuse holders while I'm at it. I'll also fit a new power cord.

Stage 1 complete:

Probably wont get a chance to finish this until after Christmas, but at least it's a start.

I'm going to get my TRON working again. I'm pretty sure it's the power connector at the system board. But I have to pull the whole harness to give myself room to work on it. Merry Christmas, everyone!

I have waaaay too much to do!

I plan on:

Finishing the refurbishment of the following games...

Outrun 2 Twin
Sega F355 Twin
Neo Geo 4 Slot
Custom Radiant Silvergun in "Big Blue" Qsound cabinet (now a "Big Black")
Namco "Quick and Crash" Light Gun Mechanical target shooter
Daytona USA 2 conversion to Sega Rally 2

The goal WAS to have these moved into the arcade in time for New Year's Eve, provided I could sell my billiards table to make room. Unfortunately, life has thrown me a lot of curve balls lately, and I don't even know if I will be able to get hardly any of them moved in. At this point, I just want my life to get back to something that resembles normal. Everything from my movie theater is currently sitting in the arcade, as I had to remove everything to take care of some water that rose up through the ground and into the theater after getting a rainstorm of at least 5 inches about 3 weeks ago...

I'd really like to finish my MultiWilliams, but the cab stencils will probably have to wait for warmer weather. I'll also try to fix the video RAM error on Defender, and hopefully finish the playfield swap on Black Knight.

I am hoping to get the following completed:

1) Determine and fix why Black Knight keeps locking up
2) Troubleshoot and repair the System 1 boards I have
3) Replace the auger assembly in Hyperball and modify the subfloor so it results in less jamming of the auger.

If I can accomplish those (or at least 2 of those) before New Year's Eve, I will be happy :)
