what game repairs do you have planned for over the Holidays?

I currently hope to continue my fight against my Monaco GP cockpit, and hope to maybe do some more troubleshooting on my Omega Race.

What do you have lined up in between gift-giving, family visits, and getting trashed? ;)

I am very hopeful that I can get my Head On back together and then I will start on the Blockade.

The Head On just needs the power supply reinstalled, but it is currently buried behind a few crates full of PCBs and the Blockade works, it just will not register credits, sound familiar?

Most importantly I plan to clean up the mess I created pulling out boards to test and sell. If I can get things cleaned up I can start playing my games again...

Working down the queue, more AR-I's and II's, and build at least one more test harness for an Atari B/W. If I can accomplish at least that I will be very happy.

I have a completely torn down Demolition Man ... hoping to get the playfield and all of the parts squeaky clean and then *somehow* put it all back together.

Missile Command power brick restoration for me. Works fine as is, so mostly a cosmetics job. Will fit new power filter and fuse holders while I'm at it. I'll also fit a new power cord.

*Back bubble & sound fixed on Tron mini

*More pictures of my Pacer Poker countertop insides in order to find parts for it

I'd like to try and finish up my Centipede, but I'm sure that won't happen. :( I'd at least like to organize the garage...

After recently moving all my games out and back in due to getting game room carpet installed, I spent the last couple of nights playing every game to check for problems that may have cropped up. Fortunately nothing serious except having to reseat my Defender roms, but my pin has been dead for way too long and my crazy climber PS crapped out a month or so ago. Those are at the top of the list, and I also compiled a long list of "little stuff" that doesn't prevent the games from being played and enjoyed but I need to get to as I have time. I am really looking forward to having a week plus off so I can knock a lot of this stuff out. I am also piecing together a dedicated mr do and that is what I'm most excited about working on since as of Monday I think I have everything I need to complete the project.

Just have to get the MVS into the game room. It's sitting in the garage until I can get my brother or a buddy to help me move it. I also need to cut new back panels for it. Once that's done, other than some cosmetic restoration on a few of the games, my game room will be complete and fully operational (not to sound like the Emperor).

Not to get too off topic, but my older brother just visited from Vegas and it was great seeing him. He's never home for holidays. I don't see him often because he's a Sous Chef at one of the MGM restaurants and they have no mercy when it comes to time off. He had a great time playing games.

To me, that's what it's all about. Playing the games you loved as a kid and sharing it with those close to you.

I'm definitely gonna finish up the wiring for my MK1. It's 90% there I just need some header pins to serve as an interconnect for some harnesses. I would like to cap the old b/w Zenith TV in my Quadrapong as well. If that's going to happen, I really have to get myself in gear and order the caps now.

I'm taking the switching power supply out of my DK and installing a PP-7B, along with the Dokert/Flagg harness. I'm hoping this fixes an issue with my D2K kit. I'd also like to clean up a really nice original DK cpo I just got (no copyright or TM on it or the instruction card) with some novus and say bye-bye to the rerpo that's on there now.

..........VG breaks into a tohret's fit and starts yelling for no reason at knick knacks on a shelf on the wall........

I have a big pile of things that I want to do, I just know that most won't happen :(.

I cleaned the garage out a month ago so I could have some space and move the Joust cocktail to the front of the pile, so I am hoping to make that my focus.

But I also need to reseat the connections on the Battlezone and clean the mirror, and the World Cup Soccer pin has been calling my name and.............

Monitor swap on my Spy Hunter. It's been a looooooooooooooong process for many crazy and random reason, but I finally have a 100% working monitor, tested it, and it's ready to go into the machine.

I gota Cr@p load to do before the Arcade repair party on the 2nd.

1. Lay down Dricore in the basement.
2. Prime and Paint all the concrete block walls. Bright Robotron Blue
3. Run 5-6 20 amp circuits to the basement

(All the time shuffling 12 games and air hoceky table
around a 25x12 ft portion of the basement. )

4. Get tempest running.. supposedly everything I have is working.
Just need to plug it together.
5. Get Centipede running.. Needs some solder on the sync pins,
and install a rebuilt trackball.
6. Get the rest of the games on freeplay.

All the time.. keeping the wife happy, playing with kids, and relatives
etc. Lot of work but I love it:)

None, since I just fixed my Space Harrier monitor! Can't believe I found a flyback for it.

I'm going to put a med. res monitor in my GT Complete/SSBC09 cab and install the perfect solution switcher.

Then I'm going to put the lores monitor I took out of my GT into my Killer Instinct using the mounts I bought from djdns. Then I'm going to put the new wiring harness in with the fan, cross my fingers and boot that bitch up!

I also want to put my newly acquired Hydro Thunder somewhere where I can play it!
I cant tell you how excited I am to play sit down hydro thunder in my own house, or garage, or storage unit!!

That should do it!
