We have all had this happen to us at least one time in our life and as soon as it was gone we kicked ourselves for it.

Mine was Tron, I bought it cheap, flipped it and then sold it for a profit. It was my one regret which I'm working on resolving. I picked up a Tron recently not working which needs to be restored. Once this is restored I WILL KEEP IT!

Which one got away from you?

Oh, don't get me started - my biggest regret is the first game I bought, Bosconian. Was dead and bought a new monitor from China that was beautiful. I should never have sold it.

My list of games I had working and in good condition I would love to have back but didn't have space for?

Berzerk
Moon Patrol
Tron UR AND cabaret
Frogger
Galaga
Robotron
Joust
Bagman
Ms. Pac
Asteroids Deluxe
Jr Pac
Space Duel
Track and Field stand up cocktail (with pedestal)
Gyruss
High Speed pin
Star Wars UR
Pin*Bot
Target Alpha pin
Wizard of Wor
Black Tiger
TMNT (4 player dedicated, well original sideart etc)
Ikari Warriors

and more.

Selling them got me a big down payment on a house but seeing as I no longer live there, I wish I had my games back. I paid, on average, about $100 per unit back in the 1990's and all of them - even the bad ones - are now worth so much more.

Every pin I owned until about 2 years ago. With what these go for now I could have payed off my house selling now.

Seriously I never sold a game I would not have rather kept. Problem is the game you have never seems as shiny and fun as the one for sale...

No arcade cabs yet, but my brother and I stupidly traded our Genesis, Gameboy, N64, etc. collections in at a Play 'N Trade or some similar store back in the day when the GameCube came out. Since then I've held on to pretty much everything because I just ended up buying most of that stuff back anyway.

I had to sell some pins a couple years ago after loosing my job and being out of work too long.

Indiana Jones, Twilight Zone, T2, Simpsons Pinball Party, Freddy a Nightmare On Elm ST.

My very first machine...a DE star wars pin. I knew it was a bad idea as I was moving it out of the house and onto the truck. I have since redeemed my pinball itch by getting a LOTR pin. Will arrive in two weeks. Also regret selling my first red dk. But have replaced it so I don't feel so bad!

games sold

Tempest,star wars,sttng pinball,galaga.

The only game I've sold over the years I wish I had back was my Apollo 13 pinball machine. That was before I had the space I have now. I do have a Gorf I'm thinking about selling now but I have two of them so I won't miss it.

The near minty Stargate I bought for $250 and sold for twice as much. Major Havoc (SD cabinet). Black Knight 2000 pin. Tommy pin. DK Jr. that I restored. Very good condition Gorf that I made a ton of money on. Cyclone pin. Tron, Dig Dug, DK, Depthcharge.

I think that's it. Only a fourth of the games I have ever owned.

food fight. First game I bought and also the 1st game I sold. I took me 20+ years find a nice replacement(was not looking very hard).

Now, burgertime and cosmic chasm are the only two vids I regret selling.

Pins, I am sure it will always be joust and defender.

Star Wars cockpit. These guys probably quadrupled in value since I sold mine and now I could never justify buying another one at current prices.

Every pinball I ever owned, particularly my Gottlieb Victory.

Super Neo 29 Candy 6 Slot Neo Geo.

Vectorbeam Space War

My dedicated Do! Run Run (that I traded for the above mentioned Vectorbeam Space War).

Kangaroo. Almost nothing looks better on the end of a row with the sideart facing the gameroom door.
