What Do You Guys Use to Hold Quarters in Your Arcades?

My childhood arcade, which is still open (Marty'sPlayland OC, MD), has clear plastic cups with their logo on them they give you your quarters in. So I grabbed a few of them one time and thats what I use...

I use a plastic coin bucket out of an Atari game. About 75% of my games are on coin play, I'm working on getting the rest of them back to coin play. Yeah, there's just something about dropping in a quarter. The kids seem to like that a lot.

I have one of those dark red frosted plastic coke cups that you'd always get back in the day. Actually wish I could find more of them, I found my single one in a junk store in BFE OK.

Quarters

Chucky cheese token cups. Just ask them for some. They will give you a ton of them. I keep 10 or 15 out so everbody playing can have there own.

Sure it might be cheesy, I don't care. I use this for tokens:

main.php

The chest is probably 1 foot wide.

Oh yeah, I also have an old ROWE changer, the big monster. Pressing the coin reject button dispenses 4 tokens.

I guess I should figure out if I'm going to have a themed arcade, like some of you. Might be easier to figure out what I want to use then.

....
sometimes my kid has more fun with the quarters than the game. I came down to find him playing dk3, with 58 credits. the lid to the table was locked, so he did not use the service switch.

My 7 yo daughter does that. Every game she plays she drops multiple tokens, even if she only uses one of the credits to play. Oh, and I use a coin bucket from a game to hold tokens.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned those belt-mounted coin dispensers yet. I remember the attendants at the arcade always wore those things, which was handy, because it seemed like there was invariably always something wrong with the change machine. That, and the machines were always picky about taking beat up dollar bills.

That is awesome. What makes it awesome is that it matches the Dragon theme of your arcade perfectly.

I realize this thread is about containers but has anyone gotten custom tokens made? My old employer had his own made for his game rooms. It would be sweet touch for a basement arcade.
