What do you guys think?

I think that is $200 worth of stuff at best with a $450 price tag on it.

I think that thing is fugly.

I think it is overpriced and why the coin door worry? Coin doors are easy to get working, should be your last concern.

Well coin door just because they're expensive around here if you can find one and don't wanna order one. And figured overpriced but delivery from an hour away. The cabinet is gonna be redone.

Magic 8-Ball says find a better donor. There is probably about $150 worth of parts if the glass over the bezel is good. No glass, no more than $100. It also depends what encoder is in it. j-pac or I-pac would make it worth about $50 more.

Agreed on the trackball, I thought to myself "whet the hell were they thinking"
But the CP is not a problem as it's going to be re-built. Basically the whole thing is gonna be redone, I'm just looking at it as a project. With a rotating monitor (thanks for the idea on here). I'm really just getting into this hobby, my first dedicated cabinet didn't cost that much. I would have loved to make my own cab, but with no room in an apartment to build one I have to go with refurbishing one. I would have loved to talk him down even less, but with the seller delivering the cab from an hour away I feel that paying a little bit more isn't so bad.
Anyone here from around the Simcoe, Ontario area? lol

EDIT:
Also - If someone has a spinner that they would like to part with, for not an unreasonable amount of money let me know :) I tried looking, but for such a simple piece of machinery it seems extremely expensive, if you don't have one for sale, but could suggest a place to get them please let me know. Thanks, umm, i guess since it's gonna be used in a MAME cab, a USB option would be best, unless you guys know better, input is always appreciated.
