What do you currently own? What's their condition?

I look forward to that day. That will be your day to finally become a Picture Pimp.

It sucks to lose my warehouse but at the same time it's nice to be forced to down size to what will fit at home. I might just make a quick video showing what 100ish projects stuffed into a basement looks like. I was planning to take detailed pictures of each game as it was stored but it just started taking too much time. I figure I will do that as they are restored and sold.

My thoughts on how many to keep have changed so I'll be selling somewhere in the neighborhood of 80 pins over the next few years.

Should be interesting...

Currently Own

Hopefully arriving soon:

Super Mario Brothers Mushroom Kingdom - I have wanted one of these for a very long time but I have always been second or third in line. I found another one and was second in line but the other guy backed out and I paid for it on Monday. This should be picked up by the shippers today and delivered to my place in a couple of weeks.

Ah, so you are the one who landed that pin? I was the one who backed out due to no shippers getting back to me with quotes and I didn't want to keep anyone hanging. I immediately had non-buyer's remorse, as my kids were pissed at me for two days. Oh well, enjoy it. That was a great price.

And as for what pins I currently own:

Pinball Magic (it's been in my home since 1999).
-Clean playfield, one cracked plastic that I have a NOS replacement for and need to install, and the metal ramps need cleaning. But otherwise, it is the nicest one I've seen.

Twilight Zone
-Shopped about a year ago. Gumball/light mod installed. A couple broken plastics that I have replacements for and need to install, but a really nice machine.

Cyclone
-Just finished the shop job last month. I removed the mylar, dealt with inserts that were really, really raised, installed new decals for inserts that were worn, and cleaned and waxed it. It's not in perfect shape (ramps have minor cracks, playfield has monor wear spots under the pup bumpers and under ramps). But it plays as well as any cyclone I've played and it looks a lot better than it did when I bought it.

Pin City (a mini pin running hyperpin):

Yeah, I have been searching for a couple of years. The seller mentioned that you were ahead of me in line and I told him to complete the deal with you, and if it fell through to contact me. My wife and kids are aware that I bought something but I haven't told them what yet.

As for the price, I paid considerably less for this, including shipping, than I have offered others. I am happy and excited for it to arrive, now I just have to find a place for it...

Galaga - All redone and working perfectly. Looks beautiful. All the molding has been replaced with the lime green. All the sideart has been redone and the game works properly. Everything cosmetic has been replaced besides the original coin door/box and the marquee.

Galaga - Almost done restoring this one; picked it up for free. All it needed was new side art, molding, and side panels, and a marquee (old one was busted). Will be for sale soon. Waiting on marquee to come in.

Time Pilot - This time pilot was my dad's during the early 90's. He kept it int he garage all original and nothing is wrong with it. Still running perfectly. When they moved to a new house he gave it to me and told me it was mine and to keep it (my younger brother doesn't care for games so I get them now)

Romstar Sky Shark (cocktail) - This game is working perfectly. Picked it up for $50 at an estate sale. Only problem with it is the side arts that I have yet to even order for this game. Not sure on what the cocktail cab was used for previously, just know its not original.

Defender - Just picked this up a week ago from a guy in Austin who was getting rid of it on craigslist for $100 bucks needed quick cash. Drove up there before work and picked it up. Needs new side art but plays fine. Will get new side art when I feel like it.

Street Fighter II Pinball - Picked it up for $200; Stated when they moved it to the new house it would not power up. Bought it in San Antonio so figured it was well worth the 2.5 hour drive if it was something simple to fix. I looked and noticed wires had loose connections. Bought it and reconnected the wires and now works like a champ. Does need some cosmetic work on the playfield.

Super Mario World Pinball - I do not have you but when I do I will smile with joy because this is what I am looking for!

TX - About 45Mins north of Austin

Why do you ask? :)

I did the favor of editing your first 5 entries, which are not pins, which are the subject of this pinball thread in this pinball forum. (Clue: Nobody else posted arcade games they owned; just pins.)

How did you win it??

Lost World: Jurassic Park (1998): Won this NIB in 1998, still looks new/pristine. Added some colored bulbs (yellow in lower pf, green in upper pf). Fastest pin I've ever played, bar none. Pops, flippers all super-strong, like new. Very challenging and tough wizard mode (never got there--have to start and defeat 5 modes, have it set on 3-ball play.)

1st place prize from PAPA. (OK, it was C division, but still a brutal competition and finals against Josh Sharpe--who, I might add, has gotten much better than I over the years since then! ;^) And I also got a cool old-school PAPA trophy with the pinball player/machine casting on top. LW:JP was the first non-EM game I ever owned. It was very cool when a truck pulled up with this big-ass cardboard box that said SEGA and had a picture of Sonic the Hedgehog on it.

Holy crap! You like Half-Life enough to make it your avatar and your user name? Sweeeet. :)

Either sweeeet or I'm in serious need of some counseling.

Seriously, I do like the game. I think it is one of the best first-person shooter's out there.
