I'm going to make a custom cpo for a multi-game that I'm putting in an old pac man cocktail.
Since the cp is smaller than the mrs. pacman version, i need to make my own CP/CPO.

What's the best printing method i should ask for?
What kind of stock should i ask for? I want to avoid getting a cheap vinyl sticker.

Bonus points if someone can't point me to a 2 button punched cp that i could drop in.

thanks!

Is this what your looking for:

I have made some customer overlays for another member here. They are not as heavy duty as the standard screened ones because of the material used. I printed them on standard high performance vinyl and then just laminated them. This should be fine for standard hobbyist use, but if on location you may want something a bit stronger.

The multi overlays aren't that great. I'm working on a set. have to find someone that can show me how to vector them. I made a mock up of the sticker that goes on the coin box lid, fonts aren't exact but good enough for me.

yeah, I ordered the 9" one today.

I haven't found a muti-cade style cpo i really like. I'm pretty interested in just making my own. Thanks for the input guys.

I did an overlay once myself by designing it, printing it out in color, and laminating it.. Turned out really nice (IMO):
