OK, I bought this from a local arcade builder. Anyone know what the cabinet was before it was Wie Ar Kung Fu?

I has a Wells 4600 monitor that has bad Wie Ar burn but it does work with some graphic glitches. The coin door has the Bally Midway badge on it. I has two fixed caster wheels in the bottom rear of the cab. There are three 4 x 6" ish oval speakers installed. Nothing else of great interest.

Hopefully the pics will be helpful for anyone who can ident it.

The deal included two bonus monitors, another 4600 with no visible burn and a Sharp Image with minimal burn and a piece of tape on it that says "works". Both of these monitors are in vertical mounts but the unburnt 4600 tube will be useful to swap into the horizontal bracket and I know I have at least one functional chassis.

The last pic is the clean 4600 screen, the chassis and mount are very clean as well.

Yeah, ok that makes sense, I thought there was an access on the bottom front. A slide out drawer, I'll have to see if I can make it open up.

The control panel I have is not original to the game I think, it fits like it was made to be there but it has only one central stick, not two like on the WOW pics.

Danm you guys are amazing. Yeah, the whole bottom opens up and the drawer slides out. Pretty trick.

It helps that I own one.

The shortened front-to-back profile, the plastic monitor bubble in the back door, and Midway coin door are a dead giveaway.

For me it was the 3 speaker grills on top, and the back door bubble.

And that I've worked on a few in the past...

So what are you planning to do with the cab? I vote restore. :)

Get ready to cringe.

I never played Wow in an arcade and I can't remember even seeing one, so there is no sentimental value in restoring to to Wow.

I'm going to see if a Multi-Williams would work well in this cab, I'm thinking -yes.

Maybe a Satan's Hollow CP?

Negative- I just looked at a Satan's Hollow and mine is different.

I need to take a front and back pic for you guys, the the panel appears unmolested, the holes are perfectly spaced. Unused holes have what looks like original paint inside them and they appear to have been punched out, not drilled.

Here is my best description from memory.
Centrally mounted 8-way stick
Three button holes on a center line -both sides of the stick arranged in a horizontal line with even spacing.
one and two player buttons are stacked vertically on the left side of the CP- but these might not be original because there are two small 1/2 or 5/8 holes centered above the stick that are open, these might have been small Atari-like start buttons at some time.

There are also a couple of small, like 1/8" square punched holes in the CP but I can't remember where they were.
