So, I was messing with a k7602 chassis, cleaned it up and put a new width cap on it. When I hooked it back up I reversed the blue and red yoke wires. It blew the fuse immediately. What could I have damaged or did I just blow the fuse?

Well, you definitely blew the fuse. You cold have also blown up the yoke or any number of drive transistors. Meter the yoke windings, make sure one of them isn't open. Put the wires back right, replace the fuse, and see what it does.

if you only crossed up the red and blue wires.....it would not of caused any problems....just the picture would be backwards. Now it you hooked up the red/blue wires where the green/yellow ones go....then you definitly would of had more issues. Your fuse didn't blow because you reversed the connector for the horizontal windings....so you have some other issue with your chassis.....if I am reading this correctly.
