Pretty sure that's a Dynamo CP that goes in there. I have a spare one lying around if you are interested. Here is a pic.

I think its Dynamo as its got the slide out PCB board mount.

Let me know as I will give this to you for cheap. I have cleaned up this cp and sanded it as well.

Holy crap! What game(s) was THAT cp over the years? I don't think you could even drill another hole for a button anywhere on that any more...if you had a game that used some of the existing holes, fine, but otherwise...wow.

I am sure I can find 5 more spots for button holes ;) lol

There are actually only 4 extra holes on that panel. The rest were there from the factory.

that's a Dynamo HS5 base machine with a Sega Moonwalker CP.
They shipped like this and it's obviously been converted.

The key to knowing is the Coin door... it's covered so I can't tell.

Not a MJ... MJ had 3 coin slots ... the cab in question only has 2 returns.

Two of those holes being the trackballs? Looks like it was converted at least twice to me with new holes drilled each time.

Yes, that is the factory stamped Dynamo control panel with four extra holes to give you an awkward 6 button layout for some fighter. The big holes are intended for either joysticks or trackballs. Basically, this control panel can't be used without plexi over the top.

Here is mine:
