What chassis is this?

I recently picked up a Pac-Man and discovered it has a non-original monitor in it. I think the chassis is a Kortek and it has model KI-2-VO silk screened on the parts side. (Nothing printed on the solder side)

I think this is more commonly known as a Kortek KT-1420A chassis. However, can someone confirm it before I try and find a cap kit for it?

Here are some pictures of the chassis:

Also, if yo notice on picture #3 there is some duct tape on the side of the flyback. Is that ok!? lol

Ian from iankellogg.com got back to me faster that expected. He confirmed it is a Kortec KT-1420A

He is now offering this cap kit on his website if anyone stumbles on this thread looking for one.

Wow! Thank you so much KenLayton! Your documentation will be incredibly useful to me.

This monitor wasn't mounted well in the Pac-Man I picked up.

The frame was only screwed in once on the bottom and top rails. And if you can believe it...the rails were not even screwed into the cab.

It's a miracle I got it home without breaking as I had to lay it on it's side inside my SUV.

...guess I'm meant to own this game. :)

Thanks again for the confirmation and documentation sir!

Oh, the tube on this chassis was a Goldstar.

And when I attempted to discharge it, I didn't hear the usual "pop" sound, when I stuck the screwdriver under the anode cap.

The machine was powered on 2 days befor that.

Is the chassis/tube somehow self-discharging?
