What causes this?

Are you running a 4600 ? Try rebuilding the daughter card . I have several that are showing the same symtoms and when I swap around the daughter cards they go away , just havent gotten around to rebuilding yet.

Ooh, I would like to know more about this as it is happening on my 25" K7000 (mounted horizontally). I picked up a cap kit from Bob Roberts to try to see if that helps but haven't had a chance to install it yet. It seems that when I adust the Vert size pot to have the picture stretch to the edges of the screen the picture almost looks like it is going back from the top down like another layer of something sliding underneath the viewable picture which is still going up to reach the edge as it hasn't fully reached the top. And as it gets closer and closer to the edge the separation happens (like in the original pic) but only on the top of the monitor. Does that make sense?

Well, you should have just started a new thread with a link to this one if you can't post a pic of your own problem, but in your case - install the cap kit, then adjust the 50/60-Hz pot if you still have a problem...

Doesn't matter anymore I broke the neck as I was walking by it.I had a hell of a day, I also dropped the plexi and broke it.I think I should stick to Harleys it might be cheaper in the long run.

sorry Mod... :(

I didn't want to start a new thread until I had already done the cap kit but I figured since Taco's problem sounded similar to mine I would jump on the bandwagon. I will probably get the cap kit done this week and will report back.

Slow down, push that deadline back until you are ready.;)
