i need to get a monitor bezzle and a piece of class or plexi and the hold down for it..

has pull out drawer type of set up.. cp doesn't swing open. has 2 latches to the whole draw set up and has to slide out of the drawer.. doesn't just lift off..

Dynamo thread

The cab pictured below is an "Angled Cab" from the Angle Cab company. They had slide out drawers with slide out wood control panels and are also supposed to have a mechanism inside for easy monitor rotation. In my opinion though these aren't as nice to look at as the "Z-Backs" they are superior. I say this becuase they are made out of solid wood with melamine sides plus have all the features I previously mentioned. I think they might even pre-date the Z Backs.

and the monitor is on hindges? has 2 spring loaded levers on the bottom to remove it or turn in vertical...and the monitor can tilt forward so you can unplug the stuff or pull the chassis out..

This is called an Angle cabinet. I don't think they are dynamo, I actually think the company name was Angle. They made a 19" and 25" model for use with conversion kits. Late 80s to early 90s.

yup i belive you guys have figured it out for me... i kept looking for dynamo stuff and i just wasn't finding it...
I used to have one of these cabinets and it had the manual in it. Prairie Dillo has it now.

anyone know what monitor bezzle to use? or just get a 25" cut to fit?
You're going to have to cut one. I'd ask some of the other members here for measurements. Might want to ask Prairie Dillo! :D

That cab looks like a 19" that someone shoved a 25" into. If it is, your not going to find a bezel for it. Your best bet is to make one. Find a local art store(usually near a college campus) and you can buy/have them make one for you.

I have one of these and plan on doing a cool stuff with it. Mines also missing the monitor glass and a bezel. I really like how the control panel is just a pice of wood that comes out easily. You could make all kinds of configurations for it with a quickness.

Yes he's right... Angled Cab!

You are missing the bezel which is cut from ply and painted black. You could easily just make one as I have to make a new one for one of mine also.

I have 3 of these cabs (2 need to be restored) and like 4 control panel assemblies with like 6 different control inserts... I grabbed a bunch from the Fresno Fire Sale... It's sorta an ugly cab from the side but actually I like it.
