What are your favorite NES game tunes??

I'm actually in the process of making a bunch of video game ringtones.Maibly nes,but I can do others.Any requests? I've alrwady made a few for my iphone and they work great.I would think they'd work on other phones as well,although I don't have any other kind of phone to test this.

There are way too many great NES tunes, I could go on and on. Alot of my favourites though are from the Sega Genesis and usually by Compile. Stuff such as the Thunder Force games and Herzog Zwei, that's some great music right there. One of my all time favs is Super Hydlide on the Genesis. I was always big on game music, I remember arguing with a friend about the importance of good video game music. He though good/bad music didn't make much of a difference on a game, I strongly dissagreed.

Holy Jeez, there were so many good games for the old NES and SNES systems it's nearly impossible to narrow down my favorites, but here's my attempt.




NES:

1.Gyruss Stage 1
2.Marble Madness Level 2

3.Nearly every song track from Castlevania 3, but favorite was "Aquarius" and "Dejavu"

4.Double Dragon Theme music and Level 1
5.TMNT (original) underwater Dam music and Mini-boss music
6.Battle Of Olympus all tracks but hands down favorite was Phygria stage.
7.Mega Man 2 all tracks but favs were Metal Man, Crash Man, Flash Man, Quick Man
8.Punch-out theme music


SNES:

1.Castlevania IV First stage
2.Mario Kart Rainbow Road
3.Star Fox Corneria stage

4.Contra Stage 1
5.Super Street Fighter 2 all tracks but favs are Balrog, M.Bison, T.Hawk, Ryu
6.Super Metroid Lower Norfair and Brinstar areas
7.Nearly all music from Zelda: A link to the Past.

www.ocremix.org is on my favorites list. Most of my IPOD is dedicated to remixes from that site. Fucking love it! I used one of the Metal Man remixes and Marble Madness remixes for one of my Youtube videos.
