I had a large qty of tokens set back to open an arcade....I know this will never happen...they are .900 size mixed logos, some namco, etc..... What should I be able to get for them... can break into qtys that are needed.. from 1000 to 10000.....

My assumption is that they won't be "worth" as much as .984 tokens. It seems that most arcades used the .984 and not many used the .900. I could be wrong, though!

On eBay, I've seen .900 tokens ending at a low price with no bidders. The demand doesn't seem to be as much since the .984 token mechs are most common and the size is closest to a quarter.

But .900's actually fit in the slot of all the classic games, whereas .984's don't go through the coin entry plate on Midway games. You would have to widen it.

Yep. I've got .900's in my arcade. I think I paid between .03-.05 per token from Noice. Pretty much whatever he could fit in a flat rate shipping box. The box looked like hell when it arrived, but the tokens were fine.

Hell, I may be interested in changing my mechs to token mechs... I don't really trust all my guests with a big pile of quarters sitting around... Plus, I'd be tempted to spend them.

My cabs are all set on free play, but for my slots I've got quarters in a plastic Mardi Gras cup that Bob Roberts sent me with one of my last orders.

For my New Astro City, I bought a Sega ashtray off ebay and then placed a wanted ad on craigslist for 100 yen coins. I thought it was a long shot, but ended up scoring some. I can't take credit for the idea, I saw pictures of someone else who did it. I also keep the cabinet keys in it.
