I have been watching his auctions for the past 2 years and they are always priced high. He tried a number of times to sell these individually and I don't think any of them ever sold. Now this is the second attempt at selling them all together. The first auction that ended last week was at $1,325 and of course he had what I assume was a rediculously high reserve which is why they didn't sell. IMO they are nice games but what would you guys be willing to pay for something like this if you had to take it all. If you weren't buying it,what would it be worth in your opinion?

14 working games that appear in decent shape? $2800 would get you in at $200 each... but my guess is the guy is looking for at least $500 per... which is $7,000... $11,000 is ridiculous. He MAY average the $500 if he sold them singly but as a lot... yeah right.

I would say about $4500 at most. I'm sure he's spent somewhere close to what he's asking once you total it all up. But we all know that doesn't mean someone else is willing to spend that much.

I easily spent more that $2000 on the Pole Position I sold to Father Pain for $1000. Oh well.

I was thinking $4,000 for me personally but some of those titles I have never played or seen before so I can't guage pricing on those at all. I would like to play them at some point in life though, time to fire up my MAME.

I'm interested in COLONY 7 if anyone in the MD/DC/VA area buys this lot. Those prices are ridiculous so the games are probably going to sit there and rot instead.

I think the problem is that there's really nothing in this deal that I would consider to be really desirable or valuable. How much is a Colony 7 really worth? $350 tops?

No way is this gonna sell.

If they were sold individually, he could probably get $300 - $400 for some of them, but there isn't much there that I would consider desirable. I doubt if he could get more than $1500 for all of them together here in Reno, but some places are a lot better for selling.

I wouldn't go much above $1400 personally, $100 per, but that may be because this looks like a bunch of mostly non-desirable titles. Looks like California Dreaming pricing to me, though he might get somewhat close if he sells them singly and has time on his side.

The Colony 7, LadyBug, and Karate Champ look like very desirable titles to me. Fast Freddie and the black and white Taito cab [Exerion] alone would make my month, easy. The NeoGeo, though not my style, at least contains one of the Metal Slugs, among their best games, albeit likely the least desirable. Cisco Heat ain't nothing to throw away readily. The Golden Tee would be the last on the trailer, if it fit at all. I'd trade it for a couple of old monitors or a non-working Space Zap easy.

I don't know about the supply and demand in y'all's parts of America but I'd give $2500 for this lot any day (any day I had the money). I'd prolly go $3500 if I had the bills paid and $4100 left for groceries.
