I need to repro a handful of Nintendo control panels, I have everything but a place that does this kind of printing. Who are people using these days for this kind of stuff?

Using a sheet of paper and a mechanical pencil, trace the panel on a sheet of paper as accurately as possible. Scan the paper and import it into CAD. Send your cad to https://sendcutsend.com for a quote.

I don't think send cut send can do the artwork printing though.

My initial plan was to have then make the plate, make a stencil, then apply the artwork with paint. But there is probably a better way to do it.

This is exactly how I would do it. SCS for the aluminum panel, and a stencil for the artwork. The dude that's cutting stencils right now would just need a good scan of the panel and a photo of a perfect one for reference and I'm sure he could crank out a stencil in less than a week. He's doing the Exidy and Centuri coin door stencils right now, so he's definitely Versed in making smaller stencils. It's only one color, so stenciling It would be pretty freaking easy.

They won't print unfortunately.

There's enough there on the existing panel to make an accurate vector of the panel.

If someone can get me a scan, I can absolutely get you a stencils for quick and likely pretty cheap. Just pm me if interested

I used a company called Ponoko based out of California, They cut my panel and engraved all the text as well.
This is what I was looking for. Looks like they can do the metal piece and print onto it. As soon as I get everything ready, I am gonna get some quotes and whatnot. I still might go the stenciling route though.
