What adapter is this?
This is an image pulled from an ebay auction for a Vs. game currently for sale. Does anyone know anything about this adapter? I looks to have a VGA Port on the side. I looked at the Vs. Unisystem to Jamma adapter at Mikesarcade.com and it doesn't have one. Hoping someone can shed some light on the subject. Thanks.

The PCB in that video looks much different? Or is that the PC version as opposed to the VS version?

Its upsidedown for the vs to connect so in the picture posted above you are seeing the bottom. Not the top of the adapter.

So instead of this being a Vs to Jamma adapter with what looks like VGA, it is a PC-10 to Jamma adapter with what looks like VGA. Ok, but does anyone know the source or any info about that DE-15 port on the side? I'm wondering if it's still just a 15khz connection or if it actually converts it to 60Khz.

It is both a VS and a Playchoice adapter

Doesn't look the same. The image shows a PCB that sits parallel with the VS PCB. The video shows a PCB that sits 90 degrees to the PCB...plus it shows part side to part side (the two PCBs)... where as the photos show part side to solder side...

EDIT: WAIT... i got through the PC10 part and noticed that when it went to the VS demo... you're right. I stand corrected.

Watch the whole video.
For the dual playchoice pcb it uses the connectors that make it sit 90 degrees because the connectors are on the side because a dual used different connectors than a single and a VS.
For a playchoice single monitor the parts side of the adapter is facing up.
For VS solder side faces up.
Playchoice single and VS connectors are flipped from eachother.

Bump....still trying to find this adapter somewhere, or someone who maybe made them at some point
They were made by member markfrizb here and he isn't making them any more.
They were sold by member fatherjoseph on here and ebay.

maybe you could get lucky and contact markfrizb and he'd consider doing more if the interest is there, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
I've seen 2 for sale used in the last 2 years.

I believe mikes arcade has one?

Its not the same design. No vga out but I think thats all thats available at this time.

Lemme know if you do find one.
