Yeah, I got this one off craigslist today. $25.

Well, it is in my garage now. Believe me, you all (MN) did not miss out on anything.
My initial intention was to restore it back to a nice pac and sell it.
BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT....
the cab is worthless. I mean horrible. Worst I have ever seen. Water damage, flaking, breaking and everything else. When I opened it, it was like a tomb!

The monitor had fallen down and the chassis was cracked. Amazingly though, the monitor neck was fine. Who knows if it even works.

The CP looks great though. The Pac board looks good too, but I have no way of testing it yet. Everything else is in there and can be salvaged and I may be able to use the harness for my Ms Pac. Really the only thing that has to go is the cab itself.

As much as I hate to part out something, there truly is NOTHING else to do. I checked its wallet, it has a donor card. It will have to live on in other people's machines.

I will start listing some parts tomorrow. If anyone local wants a PIECE of SH!T cab, it's free. Otherwise, I am going to feed it to the fire gods.

Yeah I was really sad to see the condition of the cab. The pics he posted looked pretty good. But in person this thing looks bad. The good news is that so far the parts all seem great. Like I said, I really wish the cab was salvageable because I wanted to bring her back to life.

I have restored stuff worse than that by my standards that cabinet in in excellent shape. I have a ms. Pacman in worse shape than that that I'm going to Totally restore.

Tust me. This Cab is worthless. The pics make it seem good but in person it's horrible. I'll take more pics so you can see.

Looks like the marquee was worth the price of admission alone. I, too, responded to that ad, but obviously not fast enough....

Rick, if you need to test the board, let me know. I've got both a Pac and Ms Pac you can plug into. We can also test/repair your monitor. I've got both G07 AND Wells Gardner setups to bench test your chassis.

Yeah, like you NEED a reason to come over and play some of the games in my basement, right?

:D

LOL!! Yeah I may have to take you up on that.
Its kinda ironic because I am working on putting together a Ms. Pac right now. All I needed was the harness. So once I get it all together I can test the board.
I think the Chassis is shot though. The neck board is cracked.
I am going to wash the whole thing down and look for a cheap chassis to replace it, or just sell the whole monitor as is.
It doesn't have much burn on it.

LOL!! You have given me hope!

Well right now the cab is gone and the upper and bottom marquee brackets. Everything else is still here.
Coin door is pending.
I really need to do a for sale thread on this.

i've been trying to get most of it since you first posted you got it lol.
