Picked up a 19VLNP22 tube. According to the Precision website it is a CR 24 which is the same as the 6100 19VLUP22 tube.

However, I looked for the 19V100 markings on the tube but is not there. The only markings are - a square then three small vertical lines with a V above them then the letter T. So how can I tell if this a 90 or 100 degree tube?

So the normal large 100 is not embossed on the glass?

Compare it to a 90 degree or a 100 degree tube. A 100 degree tube is much shallower than a 90 degree tube - i.e. the electron gun is closer to the face of the tube. Once you've seen both types of tube, it's pretty obvious which is which.

Those 100 degree markings are at the edge of the tube (if they are there) and are about an inch tall on the back side.
