Ok, rebuilt the monitor, put it back in the game and it fires right up.

However, the monitor is making a Clicking sound. It sounds like it's coming from the HV cage, but I'm not sure.

Any ideas on what might cause this and how to fix it?

Here is a video of it.

Can't play the video here at work, but... can you see any arcing? Usually a clicking sound is HV arcing. In a darkened room, look into the back of the cabinet and see if you can see arcing. Look in the HV cage and near the anode connection - it might be arcing to the frame.

Is this the same monitor you had a cracked anode cup on? Did you fix it?

Yes, it's the same monitor, no I did not fix it. I didn't see any arcing, but I can't see into the HV very well now that I have a proper shield over it.

It was mentioned to me that it could be a Flyback that is on it's way out.

I think RetroHacker is right, that sounds like an arc. Time to pull that cage back off the frame and look for cold solder joints or cracks in coil.
