WG4900 Only Gets 102vac, is that why there's no HV?

I have what looks like a 13" version of the WG4900. It's pretty identical to the 19" WG4900 in my Street Fighter 2.

The monitor doesn't do a thing when powered on, no HV whine, no neck glow. Fuse is good, but I'm only getting 102vac from the isolation transformer! Could this explain what's going on? Will the monitor specifically require 120vac to function?

Many thanks!

The K4900 manual I've got specs 108-132VAC for input.

Sounds like your isolation xformer may be one designed to step down voltage for Japanese 100VAC monitors.

is that a 19" monitor manual, or do you have one for a 13". Would it really make a difference?

Thanks man!

The 13" version is a 4800 series......and its pretty much speced. the same. You need another isolation transformer, but Im thinking you've also got other issues. At 102 volts, I'd think you'd have some life.....
