I am doing a cap kit on a WG4600. In the kit is a pot for VR201 on the video interface board. However, my board currently has some diodes going in where the pot is listed. Is this a normal thing for certain boards or should there definitely be a pot there? Should I remove the diodes and put the pot in?

Thanks for the help.

Lets see a pic of the board and the diodes. Some interface boards has two pots, and some only had one...

Looks like this is a P307. Here is the picture of the board and diodes. Any thoughts?

Those are resistors....I guess someone was making it a "fixed" position. Remove the resistors and install the proper size pot.
