WG4600 monitor problem. Bright Color's but no picture, Can any1 Help Pls?

Hey guys, i know this is the best place to ask such a question! I just picked up a Nintendo VS cab for cheap! It has been converted to a jamma cab, it now has a jamma adapter, switching power supply, and a wg4600 monitor... there wasnt any pcb inside so I dug out my Double Dragon pcb and put it in, i go to turn it on and the monitor is displaying some funky stuff! I have tryed everything I know to try to fix it and i cant figure it out...

I can hear the music playing but it doesnt relly sound like its suppost to, the sound is there but there is also a very high pitched noise along with it, i have adjusted the switching power suppy and that doesnt help, and the monitor seems relly messed up, i cleaned it up a bit and i adjusted every switch/pot on the monitor and still nothing... i tok both of the board cards out and looked for cold joint and broken traces and i didnt find anything, cleaned them up and out them back in and still same problem

so does anyone know what can be wrong with this?

i have attached a few pictures so maby someone here will know

thanks for looking at this and thanks for helping me!

Well, not sure if the board is actually running properly (and I hope you verified that it is in fact JAMMA and not just a connector of the same size but with different wiring), but you may just need to adjust L351 on the x/y card:

I actually meant are you sure the wiring is JAMMA? If it was Sega System 16, for example, it would be the same size but not be JAMMA...

You can flip the screen by switching DIP bank A switch #8 on the Double Dragon board... or if it's inverted for all games, you can swap the yoke wires around (like: http://www.therealbobroberts.net/yoke.html ). For brightness, there's a pot on the interface board to adjust it.

Brightness is a pot on the neck board, black level is on the left daughter card when looking at the monitor from the back.

awsom thats guys for all the responces! yah i got the manual and figured all i had to do was set the dip switch and the monitor fliped.. now i guess my next question is the sound is very low, pretty much i cant hear it... so i wanted to know does anyone know how i could turn the sound up? could it be because there is no sound amp board? and i need one?

There should be a volume pot to the right of the JAMMA connector.

ahhh ok kewl yah there is a pot there but i never decided to turn it... i will give it a try here and let u guys know what happens! thanks thanks!
