WG4600....horizontal lines at top...has been recapped

This is a WG4600 that has been recapped....two issues (BTW I did loosen the yoke coil and mess with the purity and convergence rings...i was trying to converge the monitor..i did tighten everything back up before i made this video):

1 - the horizontal lines ...how do i fix this?..the board has been recapped and messing with the pots do not fix it...pic attached

2 - The colors are washed out...meaning, when i put it on the color bars the colors are all muted and not distinguishable..I am using a TGP from craftymech also....if i make the screen one color and turn down the other pots, i do get the color.....but when all three are going at once everything is just washed out....the TPG does work properly on other monitors..before i made this video I hooked it up to a different 4600 and it worked the way its supposed to...and im using the same settings on the TPG for this monitor as I did the one previously...youtube vid attached https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJALDz7aPFo&feature=youtu.be

I remember Ken Layton talking quite awhile ago about how 4600's come in several varieties with different daughter boards, but I can't seem to find the details.

Have you tried a different video source with the 4600 you've recapped? Just to rule out that the chassis itself is not the issue.

A couple other questions: When you put the TPG on the checkerboard pattern do you get white squares or more gray (or another washed out hue)? How about the crosshatch?
