I have a WG19v1001 that I recapped, worked nicely, but I switched it around a few chassis, put it back in its good chassis and now I get no neck glow, still hear the oscillator but again no glow. Thoughts?

Double check the browish-red molex on the left (looking in thru the coindoor) front (I forgot about this once and had no neck glow), near the transformer...as well as the 4 yoke wires. Also make sure the anode wire hasn't worked itself loose from the flyback transformer (first time I saw one of those "fall" out I thought it had snapped, but the wire does come out...take precautions lots-o-potential shockyness there. There's a lot to disconnect when removing those chassis'...easy to forget to hook everything back up.

Also verify you have both the pin and edge connectors hooked to the PCB, and while you're in there check the B+ and power supply (Elektron forge has a great pictorial on this).

The heater voltage comes right of the main transformer so there is not a lot to go wrong there. Make sure you didn't bend any pins on the neck when you put the socket back on, it's easy to do. It looks like you could test the heater voltage at pins 14 and 17 I imagine you should see about 6 volt AC there.
