Sorry for the image size, not my picture... found this while try'ng to look up information (didn't find any... not my day I guess).

I have this, looks exactly the same.

Is there a full rebuild kit for these monitors or would the cap kit from Bob Roberts take care of this issue? IIRC, isn't this a transistor issue mainly?...

Anywho, could use some information and a swift kick in the ass for buying this cabinet. lol

It's like everything there was struck DIRECTLY by lightning or something... PS; dead. Monitor; this. Boardset; dead... the only thing that would top if off is if a group of rabid badgers jumped out of the coin door and bit me in my nuts (or just the nutular area) every time I pushed a button.

Your monitor has vertical collapse. The full rebuild kit from BR is a good place to start but there is always the possibility that it will not fix the problem. I am not familiar with vector monitors so I can't be much more help for now. I'd buy the transistors as part of my BR order just in case.
 
No vertical deflection on the 19V1001 would likely be from a bad vertical output transistor. Capping it would help too since the monitor is over 30 years old.

It explains each section quite nicely.

I still wouldn't know which one to replace... so I guess just replace every Q in the vertical output section. Q210-216 and that problem will be in there somewhere. lol Plus the cap kit.

I'll order those parts in the next couple of weeks and repost on how the monitor is doing.
 
Q215 and Q216 are both the vertical outputs. However, if electrolytic capacitor c234 were bad (open) it would kill the power to the vertical outputs preventing both of them from working.
