The entire monitor in the frame... yes, though in a tight cab, a 7000 frame may fit better since it is typically tapered down to the neck, where the 4900 is usually more rectangular. This would matter more in a smaller cab where the neck might get close to the back of the cab and there is no bumpout bubble (like Gorf has one).
The pinout on them is the same -- a single row of RGB/GND/SYNC (vs 2 separate rows on an Electrohome)
Parts of them, however, are not swappable, eg. you can't swap the tubes or chassis or yokes around in pieces as they have different electrical characteristics and mount points.
