I'm not sure what to actually call what is happening to the 25" WG monitor other than the top of the screen is wavy and appears to be out of sync a bit. I did a full cap kit including replacing C204 and C51 which are not usually in cap kits. I checked all the resistors in the R90-R100+ area and re-flowed the solder on just about every point on the board. When I adjust the image the squished part of the screen follows the image where ever I move it. (The 50/60hz pot has no effect.) I read a lot of posts about it and can't really find one where someone had a smoking gun. I was going to move the chassis to another cab that has a 25" WG k7000 in it and guess what.... It has the slight squish or fold starting on it now too. It was not there a day ago and it was played all day long. So I guess I am looking for any things to try. (What the correct terminology for what is happening would be great.) These tubes have no burn in that I can see and it would be a shame to toss them if it happens to be the case. Pics attached

yes cap kit and fly if it has not been done already.

it looks like to me that your sync is not connected properly.

make sure your only using pin 10 on the video input header for sync.

use my video to help you.
skip to the 18:00 minute mark.

if you hit a brick wall, and need it looked at and fixed, your welcome to send it in.

Peace
