Where do I get a 009A2854-001 ( coil width-todal) and a 009A2855-001 (coil lin -todal) Horz and vert adjusters for the chassis.

"Your Awsome."

I do not know why other than I have to replace the L1 and figure if I have a chassis on my table then I should replace both.

However here is the story:

I had a guy that showed up to the shop and bought 6 used monitors that I bought at the superauction last Saturday.. He and I noticed that one of the chassis was the same as the one I blew up last Monday or so. So he showed me how to discharge the monitors and we swapped the chassis and fly back to the game I need to work. The picture did come up. However it has a roll over (Since I found out that the monitors are built Horz and this cabinet is set for a vert then the functions of adj are opposite) Back to the roll over it is going over on the right side of the monitor and back to the center. Kind of funny playing ms pac man when the power dot is over lapping the down lane

Also the words on top and bottom of the screen can not be seen. The picture is way to big for monitor. I did find out how to adjust the top and bottom of the screen with an allen wrench. That (L1) does nothing.

Now when I try to get the overlap gone I can make the picture smaller on the Horz adj (Which is really the vert) but the picture is about 8 inches wide and mind you it looks good (even though the top of the picture and bottom of the picture is Off The Chart).

Ok for the rest of the story. He he he. At the auction I also got (in the same lot) 2 new 19 inch monitors K7000 series, 3 13 inch and 1 14 inch. So basiclly for my first video game I now have 1 semi working monitor that I can practice adjusting and fixing with an extra Chassis and fly back (just in case) and when I am satisfied that I know something then I will take the built / working monitor out of the cabinet and put in one of the new 19 inch monitors.

So back to my 2 problems.

1) L1 on the chassis is shot. Solution: remove board and replace L1
2) Vert picture is continuing to produce lines from the edge back to the center of the monitor. Solution: unknown at this time but I am hoping the most awsome guy on Klov will help me out here.

Thanks.

Maybe. Maybe not. The width coil only gives you a small amount of control, and you may be getting that adjustment. You just can't see it because the picture is too big. I just had this problem recently on a K7000 series in a Ms. pac-Man as well. The solution is to change the value of the cap at C38. Increase the value to decrease the size of the picture horizontally. Mine had a 334K cap, and I replaced it with a 534K cap and that fixed that issue.

This can usually be fixed by installing a new cap kit, but you may try adjusting the 50/60-Hz pot on the chassis near the flyback to see if that helps...

Is the 50 / 60 Hz pot you refer to: the VR4 on the print (V. size.) If so that is what I made it small (8 inches or so) and the lines went away.

No, it is located between VR1 and VR2, a little back behind them (like less than an inch)...

Got it Thanks. Will check that little guy out tomorrow when I get to the shop. Today I have a water pipe leak. Got soldering of another monster to do. Later .
