WG K7000 horizontal line

Appears to be all colors there but just get the horizontal bar......... I have 24vdc at ic pin 6 and already changed the c50 1000uf 25v cap.......... What's next ???

check it over for bad solder joints onm the fly, yoke pins, and follow from the yoke pins to the various components just to make sure you dont have a bad solder joint somewhere. I also suspect ic3.
 
It's the vertical IC, or it's the IC in the back of the board (the one in the middle, near the B+ adjustment)... or it's that litte tiny mylar cap that's behind the horizontal hold adjustment. I'd do the cap first since it's the cheapest. It's not in a lot of capkits.
 
on the 19" K7000 it's IC3 = UPC13978

one two many numbers there.

it is UPC1378H for IC3.

if you have not done a full cap out do so.

also as cadalac has suggested re-flow the area and look for broken traces.
also make sure your vertical pot is not broke and that R80 is the correct value.

I just rebuilt a k7000 chassis and have the same issue.. Looked over the pcb after I fired it up and noticed one of the cut leads from a cap slipped under the IC. :(

Looks like I shorted it when I fired it up.. Man this sucks..
