did a cap kit change and after all said and done I have no green ,adj the gain with no luck ,checked all caps for solder joints but still the same. Used a color bar generator to check colors, I do have red and blue that work fine... thanks in advance

You can try turning up the green on the neckboard. If the screen turns green then chances are there is a problem with the PCB or you have a cold solder joint on the signal input header on the monitor chassis. If there is no change then you probably have a bad transistor on the neckboard or a dead gun.

Edit: Sorry, just read you turned up the gain and no change. You can try swapping out transistors for one of the other colors and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't then you'll need to get your hands on a rejuvenator to test the tube/guns.

Set all your color adjustments to about half, then measure the voltage on the collector of each color transistor, if they are all about the same, you have a bad CRT,

if you had green before the cap kit then its probaly not the tube
(tho dont rule that out)

i just dealt with a simular ishue on a 25k7000 but it was loosing red

turned out it was the connector i had to pull the pin on the molex connector and bend it out a little then reinstall it in the connector
i also resolderd the solder joints for the header pins on the chassis as well

now my monitor works flawless
