I've tried a lot with this monitor and the white big sandbox resistor mounted on the outside of the left wall in the back of the frame is showing values of 150V and 149V. Shouldn't this be resisting a lot more? Could this be the cause of my problems???? This is where I am should be measuring my B+......

Your monitor is shut down.
Try replacing the caps in the low voltage supply circuits.

Actually, he needs to bring this to me to look at. His monitor is NOT shut down, and he gets a pic, but it looks like a 19" pic on a 25" tube.

Also, he told me the other day that his B+ was measuring 157 at the resistor, but that it was 130 at the HOT. Well, 130 is the right B+ for this monitor, so I'm thinking he's measuring the wrong resistor or something.

Also, from a pic I saw of the chassis, I think he's got a 19" K4900 chassis hooked up to a 25" tube that is supposed to have a K5500 chassis instead.

Now, if he's just bite the bullet and bring it by....
