I've got a WG D9200 that I'm working on. The yoke connector had a burnt up red wire so I repinned that 4 pin connector. In checking the ohms on the yoke wires this is what I'm seeing:
Yellow & black - 2.6 ohms
Red & blue - .5 ohms
From what I've read this is correct.
The main question I have is that there is a thin red wire from the yoke that two pieces were soldered together. That soldered wire connects to the two left connections on the bottom of the yoke. You can see what I'm talking about in the pictures.
Is that wire supposed to be soldered to something? Or perhaps the wire got cut and someone soldered it together to fix it? Let me know. Thanks!
