Have a WG D9200 in a chicago gaming GT Fore cabinet. Video is fed to crt via RGB. Added a Silver Strike bowling to the cabinet with a perfect solutions switcher.

From what I'm reading the monitor should support 640x480. I haven't been able to find a definitive answer to what resolution the GT fore that works fine in the cabinet uses.

When I tried to set the SS to output at 640x480 I don't get a video signal. If I change the SS resolution to 512x384 I get video but its not great and it also gets a sporadic "wobble" of the image.

Any ideas?

Abandon all hope ye who use the d9200.

640x480 is supported but you need to move a cable over that's attached to the input PCB on the monitor. It's towards the top and you'll see VGA on one socket and CGA/EGA on the other.

If you start up GT then press the menu button on the remote PCB, it will tell you the resolution. If it's already on VGA you should switch the SS to match.

The SS manual has all the settings laid out for picking the resolution.

Are you saying 640x480 is only supported with a dba15 VGA cable input?

Wait I see what your saying now. Now I just need to determine if the GT Fore can output at 640x480.

Not quite, the input port is important because VGA color levels are lower than JAMMA levels, but it's the output from that board that's important. Looks like you found the right ports in the photo.
