I'd like to give credit where credit is due, several have mentioned the horizontal pot/sync line, I thank each of you. The Horizontal pot was the main problem, when I had it off of the board originally it read fine. Pulled it out again and it is erronous. A new pot helped.
Now that I can see the game, I have a new problem, at the top of the screen, the first 2 inches or so the screen is skewed to the left. Any ideas on that one.
