I work a museum in Alabama. We opened in 1992. One of the exhibits uses/used WG open frame monitors mounted in vintage TV cabinets from the 50's/60's . (4 13", 2 19", and 1 25") The center monitor is 25" and has run pretty much 8 to 10 hours a day since 1992. Back in 2000 I purchased a bunch of spare WG monitors and kept things going as long as I could. All of which have now been used and now I have been replacing CRT's with flats screens. They don't stand out to much on the smaller TV's (13" and 19") but I really would like to keep the main display alive with CRT monitor. (plus I haven't found and 4:3 ratio lcd open from monitor that fits in the old cabinet) I have a WG 25K7401 purchased in 2000 but none of the connections from the monitor currently in use will work with it.
I am looking for some help and willing to pay someone who can help get this (new) monitor I have working. Also, if that seems not feasible if you have something or can point me to something that might work. The digital video player I am using now for the source has composite video, component video and HDMI out. I imagine I may need some sort of device to go between my player and monitor to get the signal to work with it.
At the very least need an AC cord for it. Think the connector is Part Number 50-84-1030. The RGBHV connection is a 10 pin molex maybe Part Number 09-50-8101. Then how do I get a signal in it. Oh there is another 8 pin molex connector labeled P202 (i think) not sure if anything needs to connect to that.
