I've got a 25K7401 chassis that I did a cap kit on and replaced the flyback. It powered up the first time and was on for a minute or two and then I turned it off. Went to turn it back on again and now it's not working.

When powering it up, I hear the high voltage trying to come up but it's almost like it keeps turning on and off very quickly. The B+ is fluctuating between 20v to 40v very quickly. I've reflowed the headers and any joints that looked suspect. I checked the traces coming off the flyback pins and they are good.

Any ideas what I should be looking for?
