Should be - I think there was only minor differences or maybe an extra voltage. Some of the 19v100x models had a sound amp whereas the 19v1000 did not.
The Wells-Gardner manual admendment lists different part numbers for the power transformer between the V1001 and the V1003.....oddly enough, there's no mention of the V1000 or the V1002.
They are danm near identical. The XM's include circuits for external 5VDC supply and an audio amp. These usually arn't used. Regarding black & whites...my favorite is the Motorola "M" sreies (M5000, M7000, KV-700). I find this series much easier to work on...none of that frankenstein-shit-hackery on the bottom of the pan. Everything is on a nice-to-work-on circuit board.
