Troubleshooting a 19k7201 that has no B+ present in the secondary. No blown fuse, no bad HOT. 160vdc present at the bridge "+". 160vdc at Drain of mosfet (Q002). Q001 and Q002 test good. No "Vcc" on pin 7 of PWM 3842 (IC001). Tested most resistors that I figured could be open in the path to the PWM but everything tests good.
