Hi guys, I was wondering if there might be a "Quick Fix" to this problem? I have a little bit of electronics experience but am certainly no tech! I read something in a similar post about a "cap kit" but I dont know much about all this...
Any information would be welcomed!!

First thing I would do is check the wires to the monitor and the connection as well - I've had two cabs recently that were missing colors and on one it was the cable itself and on the other it was a bad connection with the pins on the monitor's chassis... so check those first...

I took the connector off and cleaned the pins and still no luck...
Not sure if this means anything or not but on the back of the monitor on the neck there is a board with potentiometers and one is labeled GREEN, I turned it and the OVERALL tint of the monitor would show green but still nothing in the TEST pattern... Not sure if this helps or if I should just leave it alone and call someone LOL but I really would like to learn more about it and be able to fix it myself...
Thanks again

You were CORRECT Thank you sir!! a ghetto wire nut was the culprit! Ill get on soldering these connections ASAP!!
