Just aquired a Street Fighter 2 World Warrior in a 19" Dynamo cabinet.
The picture is very weak, and even with all adjustments, I can't get the color exactly how it should be. I'm hoping a cap kit will fix this, but I wanted some input to make sure I've even got the right chassis that I think I do.

Thoughts? anyone think a cap kit will fix the picture, or does it look more like a picture tube with a weak red?

and am I correct in thinking it's a K7000?

a cap kit is a good idea and will help with the colors.

also check and see if all the neck board pots are set to their center positions.
most of the chassis i have gotten have had the gains turned all the way down and that will weaken the colors.

so take and center all of them. take a befor pic. do the cap kit and see what happens you will see a diffrence.

and if that dosent work you may need to get a rejuve. but i dont think so. clean the monitor face and do the cap job to see what happens.

cap kit, flyback (white knobs = suck), solder reflow, and possible rejuv....

Okay, before I order a cap kit, do either of you guys recognize the board to be a K7000? or am I wrong?

looks like a k7000 to me, and as modessitt said, do the flyback as that's definitely a failflyback of sadness.
