Wells Gardner monitor NO SIGNAL But shows game?

Not sure what model I have here, there isn't a stitch of screen burn on the tube.

Monitor reads NO SIGNAL but it's showing a game (60-1 Jamma) used as a tester, not a steady pic as it's rolling but the concern is the message NO SIGNAL.

what model WG do I have here and why is it not seeing a signal?

Wells-Gardner D7700. make sure you only have negative composite sync to pin 10 at the signal header. (I can't tell from your pictures how it's wired) if your game had the sync wire doubled to the negative vertical sync pin also it can confuse these monitors. they're digital.
