I bought a Smash TV cabinet that was converted over to a SF2. the monitor worked fine when I went to go pick it up but when I got it home no picture, i could play blind but that is all. the monitor is a Wells Gardner - Model #25K7195. Any ideas what my first move should be to get it going again??? Could something of come loose or something, nube here so bare with me
Thanks

1) Did you move it on it's back? You should check that the neckboard didn't come loose.

2) Check the power and video connectors to the monitor.

3) Check the voltage to the monitor, and see if the neck is glowing when it's on.

It wouldn't be the first time that I've seen a working (unrebuilt) monitor no longer work after transport. Sometimes the simple act of bouncing it in a truck puts a little stress on the chassis and certain cold solder joints become a problem...

I did lay it on it's back, stupid question what is the neck board?

All the conectores are connected, checked that

There is no glowing, where is the best place to check the voltage??

Yes, they are the same. The neckboard is the board that connects to the back of the tube (where you see it glowing). Sometimes it falls off, or comes off a little.

If you've checked all the connections, then it most likely needs to have the chassis pulled and gone over for bad solder/trace-to-pad contact...

I will check the neckboard and see if it is loose if not I guess I will start looking for broken solder joints. the wiring in the cab is shotty to say the least so maybe I missed something thanks for your help
